Block editing is a way of highlighting and modifying a block of text. There are several ways to use block editing within the editor such as converting, sorting, indenting, printing or saving selected text as library, CSS or document files as the following list shows.

Cutting
Cut a selected block of text to the clipboàrd.

Copying
Copy a selected block of text to the clipboàrd.

Indenting
Increase or decrease indentation for a block of text.

Converting 
Change selected text to upper or lower case.

Sorting 
Arrange selected text in alphabetical order.

Saving 
Save selected text as a library, CSS, or document files.

Printing 
Print only the highlighted block instead of the entire document. 

Indenting
Move text inward from the left margin to make the structure clearer.

Comment
Use the // characters to comment out text within your program.

Uncomment
Remove the comment characters so the code works again.

Ordered list
Convert a line or block of text into an ordered list of items displayed in a numbered sequence.

Unordered list
Convert a line or block of text into an unordered list, all items are shown with bullet points.
